Include at least 3 photos here (or link to your website) and description of the craft(s) you intend to sell. Applications will not be accepted without photos. You may not sell crafts that are not listed on this application.

Please note: Event time is 8a-12p.

Advertising:
We advertise in the Turnpike Buyer and Shopper’s Guide, plan to have a radio spot on WINY, send notices to local papers, will have at least one sponsored ad on Facebook, as well as share within our open Facebook page. We encourage you to share our Facebook event and personally invite on Facebook family, friends, and co-workers from that event. Our church has held the annual Bazaar for over 75 years and is very well-known.


Set-up: Day before the event, Friday, November 13, 3PM – 7PM. Set-up is not available the day of the event. You do not need to schedule a time to set up on Friday, November 13, 2026.


Deadline: Receipt of application by Sunday, October 1st. Applications will be accepted after this date, but will be declined if another crafter has been accepted for the same category.

Electricity: Outlets are not available.



Weather: The event will not be cancelled due to rain or snow as this is an indoor event.

Parking: All crafters will need to secure their own parking behind Town Hall or in any of the other municipally available lots. Please do not park on the street. We want to make it easy for customers to park near the church so that they can shop.












Requirements: The crafter will be responsible to be open during the entire event. You cannot vacate early. Your booth must be neat and well-maintained. You are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing your own booth, merchandise, and trash.






Booth: You will need to bring your own table (8-foot maximum). You do not need to bring a chair.  All booth locations are the same price. Booths will be assigned first-come, first-served.
