2026 Daffodil Bazaar Registration

May 9, 2026 | You're invited to be a part of this year's Daffodil Bazaar & Vendor Fair. You will be notified approximately two weeks after applying about your participation status in the Vendor Fair. Applicants are juried on a first-come, first-served basis.

We're excited to bring this event back!

Applying to be part of the event does not guarantee an invitation to participate. We will do our best to have a diversity of vendors selling a diversity of items so everyone does well. There are some things that cannot be sold based on liability for the church and other fundraising efforts happening on the same day. Thank you for understanding.

Additional Information





Advertising: We advertise in the Turnpike Buyer and Shopper’s Guide, plan to have a radio spot on WINY, send notices to local papers, will have at least one sponsored ad on Facebook, as well as share within our open Facebook page. We encourage you to share our Facebook event and personally invite on Facebook family, friends, and co-workers from that event. 


Set-up: Day of the event, Saturday, May 9, starting at 7am. 


Deadline: Receipt of application by Wednesday, April 29. Applications will be accepted after this date, but will be declined if another crafter/vendor has been accepted for the same category.

Electricity: Outlets are not available.



Weather: The event will not be canceled due to rain or snow. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved inside Westfield Church.

Parking: All crafters will need to secure their own parking behind Town Hall or in any of the other municipally available lots. Please do not park on the street. We want to make it easy for customers to park near the church so that they can shop. Additionally, be mindful that the Springtime Classic 5k will kick off at 8:30am and Main Street will be closed for the start of the run.












Requirements: The crafter will be responsible to be open during the entire event. You cannot vacate early. Your booth must be neat and well-maintained. You are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing your own booth, merchandise, and trash.






Booth: You will need to bring your own tables, tent, and chair for your 15'x15' spot on the Westfield Side Lawn.
